Crêpe

Crêpe is a European favorite for me! The simplicity makes it so easy to customize and fit any craving you have! Here are some of my favorite ways to make crêpe:

Nesquick Chocolate Crêpe

I prefer making chocolate crêpe with Nesquick rather than Nutella because it’s less messy and isn’t as filling. I feel too full to move when I finish a crêpe stuffed w/ Nutella, but Nesquick gives just the right amount to be satisfied and not stuffed. The key is to put a spoonful of Nesquick on the crêpe as soon as it comes off the pan!

Strawberries & Whipped Cream Crêpe

I love this one! Cut up some strawberries, mix with sweetener (try to use about a tablespoon of sweetener for every cup of strawberries), let soak in the fridge overnight, make homemade whipped cream, and then put the whipped cream & strawberries inside the crêpe & pour some of the strawberry juice on top! YUM!!

Mixed Fruit Crêpe

I make this one all the time and my friends *love* it! First, heat up a pan on low temperature and put in about 3 cups of mixed fruit (I prefer strawberries, blueberries, & raspberries. I find that frozen fruit mixes from grocery stores are easiest though!), 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, and 1/4 cup of sweetener. Mix well every few minutes until the juice is boiling. Separately, mix 1/4 cup of sweetener with 8oz of softened cream cheese. Spread the cream cheese mix on the crêpe, top with fruit, fold the crepe, and top with sauce from the fruit mix. SO GOOD!!!

There are so many ways to customize crêpes! If these don’t look great to you, google other ways! I think Tasty has great options!
