I’m not lying when I say that I had dessert every. single. day. when I was in Annecy (mostly chocolate mousse). I did not skip out on dessert, I was barely active, and I still managed to lose weight. This taught me a huge lesson — you can lose weight and still enjoy what you eat. You don’t have to deprive yourself every day!
When I came back from Annecy and was aiming for my first goal, I tried to keep the same desserts I had in France. I would mainly eat chocolate mousse, pudding, or crêpe for dessert during this stage.
I discovered Halo Top ice cream and Yasso bars when I was aiming for my second goal. WOW!! They are amazing and I cannot recommend them enough!
