Eating various small snacks throughout the day is mainly what my diet consisted of when I was aiming for my second goal and it is what works best for me today. Here are some of my favorites!

Soft-Baked Breakfast Bars

Soft-baked breakfast bars are great for breakfast, but I also love snacking on them throughout the day!

Kind Bars

When I was aiming for my 1st goal, I would eat Kind bars for my snack in between lunch and dinner. It was just enough and the dark chocolate flavor helped if I had a sweet tooth since my lunch was so salty 🙂

Skinny Pop Popcorn

I *LOVE* Skinny Pop Popcorn! I’ve been eating this brand throughout my journey and it never fails! It’s just the right amount of butter/salt and it’s so so so good!!

Mott’s Fruit Snacks

Mott’s Fruit Snacks are an all time favorite for me! No matter what I’m craving, these things always seem to “hit the spot!” I just can’t get enough of them!

B-A-N-A-N-A-S!

I know it’s simple and cheap, but I cannot stress how impactful bananas have been to me throughout this journey. Almost all of my current recipes use bananas and eating a banana or two before I hit the gym impacts my workout performance tremendously. Seriously, if you’re feeling low before a run or not motivated to workout, try eating a banana! They just boost me up and make me desire a run! I love these guys so much!!!
